We are trying to support my best friend, who was admitted to a mental health ward.
After being out of the ward for nearly a year, Emma has been readmitted when her anorexia became extreme again and she was at a dangerously low weight.
We were asking for you to submit posts of support to her. Writing whatever you like from a simple "Get well soon" to a long letter. The response was amazing and Emma herself says what a great help they have been to her and still are.
Emma needs this support again so feel free to keep sending them in because she still has a long way to go and is still fighting her eating disorder, depression, addiction and self harm.

Emma is an amazing girl, she is so strong and we love her so much. She has been through an awful time and just needs a little encouragement to keep fighting this battle and keep going down that road to recovery.
We can make such a difference.

Help Emma!

Update: 27/1/12

Emma is officially back in the eating disorder ward after her weight dropped dangerously low to the point where her life was at risk. She was tube fed but started back on solids today.

Emmas mood has dropped since she was transferred back to the secure ward as she feels she has just lost everything she worked for over the past year since she was first discharged. She is feeling like she worked so hard at recovery and it is now all wasted. Which of course is not the case.

She has been listening to a lot of Marianas Trench and alot of Paramore since being admitted and that is helping a lot. She loves Marianas Trench as the lead singer Josh Ramsay has battled and recovered from an eating disorder & addiction so she relates a lot to his story and their music.

The music was helping her but as before they took her earphones off her as she was suspected of self harming and because her mood is very low. They do not allow her to have them unless under supervision. So just like last year she is finding it difficult.

Please if you have time send her a message wether or not you sent one last year. I know she would appreciate to know that you guys are still behind her and willing her to fight.
